Support Persons

People in your recovery circle

Read-only — keep your support contacts in a personal notebook. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Why It Helps

Having a person in recovery will be helpful. This allows you the benefit of support and encouragement, but also accountability. When you choose this person(s) it is important to have someone you can trust and be nonjudgmental. You can choose more than one person — different individuals can serve different purposes in your recovery.

What to record

For each person you choose, note in a personal notebook:

  • •Their name
  • •A contact number
  • •Their email
  • •What role they play in your recovery — support, accountability, or both
